1 General Provisions

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of security and fraud prevention, pk770 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restrictions or closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on pk770 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must only be made from a payment source registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• pk770 reserves the right to reject or investigate any suspicious deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, pk770 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at pk770 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Only the deposited amount is withdrawable before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• No direct withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.
• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms.
• pk770 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

5.3 VIP Program

pk770's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum members up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's activity and engagement.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on pk770 are governed by the applicable rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the relevant game or market provides a specific cancellation option.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

In sports betting, bets are accepted only on the official outcome of an event. Betting is generally available on various international events including IPL, BPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

• The odds and limits applicable to bets are determined by pk770.
• pk770 reserves the right to investigate suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Winnings will be credited to the account after the result is confirmed.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• If evidence of fraud, deception, or illegal activity is found.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If identified as an underage user.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance will be cancelled if the bonus requirements have not been met.
